Returns Policy
1. Unwanted Products/Exchanges
You can return or exchange unwanted products to us at no charge, provided:
- The product is undamaged and unused, with original labels and stickers attached.
- The product is in its original packaging, undamaged and in original condition with all seals intact (if applicable).
We happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. A 10% handling fee may apply for any damaged or opened packaging.

2. Defective Products
We ensure the quality of products delivered to you. However, if a product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
What is a defect? A defect is any material imperfection in the manufacture or characteristics of a product that makes it less acceptable than reasonably expected.
Non-qualifying conditions:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to negligence, abuse, or improper use
- Damage from lack of proper care
- Unauthorized modifications
If you receive a defective product, email us at [email protected]. We will arrange a free return courier for the initial assessment. If deemed faulty, we will issue a replacement or refund. If no fault is found, you are responsible for collection or can request a courier at an additional cost. A 10% handling fee may apply on non-faulty returns.
3. Eligibility for Returns
Your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may apply in certain cases, such as:
- Books with signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or similar media
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approval or rejection of the refund will follow a technical assessment and report. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank, credit card provider, and contact us at [email protected] if needed.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected].
7. Shipping for Returns
If the product is faulty, we will send a courier for the first return free of charge, or you may drop it off at our warehouse. Subsequent returns will require you to cover shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from refunds if applicable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
8. Unboxed Deals
We offer our unboxed range at discounted prices. These products are new, come with their original warranty, and are eligible for refunds if unsatisfactory. These products are in stock and ship on the same day if ordered before noon.
If you are dissatisfied with an unboxed product, we will arrange for collection and process a refund. We offer a 3-month warranty on all unboxed deals.

Nationwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders of R2000 or more within South Africa. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of R120 applies.
Please note: Shipping for large, heavy goods and batteries may be subject to additional fees.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly ensure a valid street address is provided during checkout.
