1. Nationwide Shipping
We deliver anywhere in South Africa using trusted, insured couriers to ensure secure and timely service.
2. Office Collection
Address: 74 Gardiner Avenue, Brakpan, Gauteng, 1541
Availability: Orders are usually ready within 1–2 working days after processing.
Same-day collection may be possible by prior arrangement.
3. Shipping Cost
- Standard nationwide: Flat rate of R99
- Free shipping: Orders over R2500 qualify for free nationwide delivery
- Note: Heavy, oversized, or regulated items (e.g. some batteries) may incur additional courier charges, billed separately.
4. Delivery Times
- Processing: 1–2 business days after payment
- Gauteng: 1–3 working days
- Western Cape / KZN: 2–4 working days
- Other areas: 2–5 working days
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a valid physical street address at checkout.
6. Customer-Arranged Couriers
You are welcome to arrange your own courier for collection. Contact us to coordinate packaging and pickup times.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International deliveries are not available at this time.
