Valotronics is not obligated to provide any additional warranty but may offer an extended warranty for up to 1 year... subject to the supplier’s warranty.

Warranty Variability

Acts of God
Natural disasters are not covered and may require insurance coverage.
Customer-Induced Damage
Damage caused by user negligence or tampering voids warranty.
Return Policy
Return-to-base model applies unless CPA covers it. Original packaging required.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Support may be offered, but Valotronics is not obligated to handle 3rd party warranties.
Data Protection
Backups are your responsibility; data is not covered under warranty.
Physical Damage
Visible damage nullifies all warranty coverage.
Component Warranties

Electrical Damage
Power surges, lightning, and load shedding damage are excluded.

Defects & Damage

Cosmetic Damage

Motherboards & CPUs
Bent pins, burns, or visible CPU socket issues will void warranty.

Laptops carry manufacturer warranties only.
Gaming Chairs
Covered for 1 year on manufacturer defects only.
Mining Equipment
3-month limited warranty for mining hardware.
Computer Assembly
Damage caused during self-assembly is excluded.

Water Cooling Kits
Leaks caused by installation error are not covered.
Hardware Damage
