Valotronics – Refunds, Returns & Cancellation of Agreement
Clear, fair terms aligned with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The CPA prevails where applicable.

Cancel/return within seven (7) business days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. - How to Notify Us
Email written notice with order number, delivery details, and item(s) to be returned. Phone notifications are not sufficient. - Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging. - Risk & Insurance
Risk remains with the customer until Valotronics signs for the return. Consider transit insurance. - Refund Processing Time
Within thirty (30) days of receipt/inspection. Refund via original payment method unless agreed otherwise. - Deductions & Charges
Delivery/collection costs and payment processor fees may be deducted where applicable. - Timing of Returns
Goods must be dispatched back within seven (7) days of written cancellation. - Restocking Fee
